Assembly Instructions for Poultry Panels Products

Screws Assembly

  1. Panel Placement:

Before starting the assembly, carefully consider the layout of your enclosure. Align the panels in accordance with the configuration outlined in the provided diagrams specific to the product you've purchased. Ensure that the orientation matches your intended design.

  2. Drilling for Butt Joint or Right-Angle Connection:

    • Butt Joint: If connecting two panels side-by-side, drill holes into the side of the panels. It's important to note that only the first piece of material requires the drill hole. The screw will bite into the second piece, securing the panels together seamlessly.

    • Right-Angle Connection: To join two panels at right angles, drill holes into the front of one panel. Similar to the butt joint, only the first piece needs the drill hole to facilitate a secure connection with the second panel.

Note: Ensure precision in drilling to maintain the structural integrity of the enclosure.

  3. Aligning and Screwing Panels Together:

    • Once the appropriate drill holes are made, align the two panels carefully. Check for both horizontal and vertical alignment to ensure a snug fit.

    • Use your drill or screwdriver with the appropriate screwdriver head to secure the panels together. Ensure a firm connection by tightening the screws adequately.

Note: Take care not to overtighten, as this may compromise the material.

Cable Tie Assembly

  1. Panel Placement:

Before starting the assembly, carefully consider the layout of your enclosure. Align the panels in accordance with the configuration outlined in the provided diagrams specific to the product you've purchased. Ensure that the orientation matches your intended design.

  2. Attaching with Cable Ties:

    • Butt Joint: If connecting two panels side-by-side, secure them together using cable ties. No drilling is required for this method. Simply loop the cable ties through the designated openings in the panels.

    • Right-Angle Connection: To join two panels at right angles, use cable ties to bind them together. Thread the ties through the designated openings in the front of one panel, securing it to the adjacent panel.

Note: Ensure the cable ties are tightened securely to provide stability.

  3. Aligning Panels:

    • Once the cable ties are in place, align the two panels carefully. Check for both horizontal and vertical alignment to ensure a snug fit.

    • Adjust the tension of the cable ties as needed to achieve a secure connection between the panels.

Extra Ceiling Pieces

Absolutely, let's include instructions for the additional lengths of timber:

  1. Additional Timber for Seamless Top Corners:

    • Purpose: To eliminate the step on the top front and back corners caused by the panel thickness, we provide one (or two, as needed) lengths of timber. These serve as fillers to create a smooth transition in the enclosure.
  2. Fitting the Additional Timber:

    • Unattached Supply: Your kit includes these timber lengths, ready with screws for easy attachment. They come separate from the panels.

    • Placement: If desired, shift the ceiling panels along the top edge to accommodate the additional timber. Position the lengths of timber in the gaps on the top front and back corners.

    • Screwing in Place: Using a drill with a suitable screwdriver head, secure the additional timber in place by driving the pre-inserted screws into the panels. Ensure a snug fit for a seamless appearance.

  3. Assembly Tips:

    • Customization: The additional timber provides flexibility, allowing you to customize the enclosure's appearance based on your preferences.

    • Stability: This not only enhances the aesthetic by eliminating the step but also adds stability to the structure.
